I really learned a lot from this, it's well presented in short clips, love the download options for notes and the sankalpa.

Philosophy is always fascinating for me, but it is difficult when it comes how to apply to daily life. This course introduces a wider perspective of yoga and gives me fresh eyes to observe myself, which is really beneficial for both as a person and a yoga instructor! What great is this is an online course and I can always bring myself back in the lecture and contemplate contents again and again, which I am looking forward to it now! Thank you very much:)
